As an executive you've reached a high level of success
but many days you wonder if the price is too high.

Your life seems to have a life of its own that no longer seems connected to who you really are. You are invested in making positive change in your organization but your organization is resisting. You may have a clear vision but it's not shared by others in your organization.

As an entrepreneur you love what you do but your business
has become your life.

Your partner, family and friends complain that they never see you or that all you talk about is work. Your hobbies and recreational equipment are gathering dust. You feel fortunate that you get to do what you love, but you notice that you neglect important parts of your life and of the business. You struggle with some or all of these: keeping the books updated, marketing, handling personnel issues.

You are highly creative, you have tons of good ideas
but only about an ounce of follow-through.

You're embarrassed by the number of unfinished projects that litter your life and/or your work. Maybe you struggle working for a company that doesn't appreciate your genius or your style. You may be an artist living out the "starving artist" myth, unable to make a living at your art but unwilling to give it up. Either way, you're stuck, with no WD40 in sight.

You know there is more to life (and business) than making a profit. Sure, that's important but you hold the Earth and the people on it as equally important. You are struggling to find a way to make a profit, steward the planet and see all people prosper. You have a vision but no plan.

You are weary of "spiritual seeking"
with no tangible results.

You've read the books. You've attended the workshops. You know what you need to do; you just don't do it. You notice others around you aren't being "spiritual" either, so why does this feeling of "something more" keep nagging at you?
