In working together, we will typically move through some or all of this sequence of steps:
1) Coach@Work – 90 Day Program
Leader As Coach workshops enable managers and employees to create a culture of coaching in their businesses or organizations. Works equally well in private, public or non-profit environments. Participants learn a 5-step coaching model and begin using it immediately. Practice coaching sessions focus on real company issues and challenges. Role plays are REAL plays. Coaches-in- training develop their skills and competencies while giving and getting on the job coaching. 20 hours of instruction can be delivered in modules to fit your work environment.
2) EQ@Work – 90 Day Program
This Emotional Intelligence program begins with an overview of emotional intelligence and why it’s the hottest skill to develop at work. There is a strong correlation between high EQ and high success in work environments. No such correlation exists between IQ and success. Participants have an opportunity to assess themselves on the four key EQ skills. The third component is follow-up coaching around the participant’s EQ goal, with additional robust internet coaching support.
3) Professional Foundations@Work - 12 Month Program
Forget everything they taught you in business school – or if you didn’t go, quit beating yourself up. If you are like most managers, you got promoted into a management position with little or no management foundation. Within 12 months you will build a solid professional foundation that will enable you to stand out as a manager and to have direct reports rave about working for you. You will hone strengths that will enable you to succeed anywhere.
4) Conflict@Work – 180 Day Program
Using proven conflict management principles developed by mediators working in collaboration around the world, you will have the opportunity to identify conflict in the work place, assess your unique mix of conflict management styles, develop powerful new skills and explore expanding your range of styles for conflict management and interpersonal communication.
5) CREATE!@Work – 90 Day Program
Creativity training for managers and employees is the first step in developing an inventive, responsive and flexible organization. Anyone can learn to be creative in this highly interactive 12 hour process. Teaching people how to engage all four brain wave patterns — the whole brain — in approaching their work is fast and easy. Using simple writing and visual practices, managers and employees can engage in an intentional process that activates each brain wave pattern—beta, alpha, theta and delta—and allows them access to their full creativity and potential. In addition, they can learn how to apply these rich resources directly to their work.
