By coming together in the BOOM ZONE we support each other in building satisfying lives and healthy lifestyles for ourselves, with our families and in our communities. The BOOM ZONE is a 5-month coaching program designed for boomers who want to reinforce already healthy lifestyles or who are setting out to radically reinvent themselves in preparation for or already in retirement. Weekly in-person sessions with your coach and like-minded buddies keeps you solidly on the road to a healthy, enjoyable longevity.
