I know, I know, I just got done telling you that I couldn't do a back bend a couple of months ago. This picture was taken several years ago when I was doing a lot of yoga. This is what was possible - for me at that time. And for some yogis, that back leg would be straight up in the air. Mine probably won't ever be in this lifetime. I'll be happy to get back to this - or even close. Your dancer will look different. You have a different body. The beauty of diversity.
